At rise and shine we specialise in restoring your solar panels to an amazing finish, we offer a deep clean and a regular service of your solar panels this will reduce your overall maintenance cost and will prevent corrosion, fading and discolouration.

Terms of Service

terms

our cleaning rota is between 4 and 6 weeks.

Our price structure is based on a all year round service.(domestic customers at this time we are unable to offer a 1 off service due to high demands ,

weather conditions, we aim to keep to our regular service but can be held up with the British weather and/or holidays, and can be pushed back days /weeks .

we really appreciate your understanding and patience.

we offer a text service the night before each clean for access and will ensure all gates are secure when finished.

we will always try our best to accommodate and specific times on the day of the clean ie, morning/afternoon, but cant guarantee times slots.

payment is made cash or BACS transferred 24/48 hours after each clean. (house number and street name to be used as ref) a PDF invoice is issued the day of the clean.

any of our deep clean services gutter/facia etc would need a meet and greet, to asses the site and work needed to complete the job.

photos can be sent via what app to speed up the process

JET WASH GUARANTEE

our guarantee isn't a promise that weeds/moss wont regrow, as weather conditions significantly impact the outcome

our guarantee is to respond to any concerns about weed growth and fix any effected areas.

we will do this asap with the next available time/date

this guarantee includes one callback. please note that our sand and seal treatment IS NOT a permanent barrier against nature its a temporary solution the will require maintenance

we are committed to delivering excellent service and will address any issue if they arise

clear description of the issue including relevant details.
supporting evidence including photos etc
we will acknowledge receipt of the complaint
we will investigate the issue thoroughly
we will respond to your complaint with a resolution
we will aim to resolve the complaint in a timely manor

resolution; we will take steps to rectify the issue

NO REFUND POLICY

all our bookings are considered final and non refundable

no refunds will be issued for any reason including but not limited to

change of mind
unforeseen circumstances
dissatisfaction with the service
we are committed to delivering a high quality service and any issues will be addressed through rectification or resolution not refunds.
payment terms are clearly outline before booking and clients are expected to understand and agree to these terms.
